UnblurPix is operated by Arrayon Inc., 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect when you use unblurpix.com, why, who processes it for us, how long we keep it and what you can do about it. Questions go to hello@unblurpix.com.

The short version

What we collect

Photos and results. The images you upload, any area you crop or paint, and the results the AI makes. Browser tools such as Compress GIF run entirely on your device; those files never reach us.

Account details. Your email address, your Google account ID if you sign in with Google, and a scrambled (hashed) version of your password if you set one. We never see your Google password.

Credits and payments. Your credit balance and history, your plan, and order details from our payment partner: what you bought, the amount, the currency and the country. Card details go straight to the payment partner; we never receive them.

Usage and security data. Which tool, mode and quality you used, how long jobs took, errors, and when you visited. To run the daily free limit and stop abuse we store a random guest ID in a cookie, plus scrambled versions of your IP address range and of basic device details. We can’t turn these back into your IP address or device.

Messages. What you write to us by email.

How we use it

Our legal bases under the GDPR are: performing our contract with you (running the service), our legitimate interests (security, abuse prevention, improving the service), your consent (analytics cookies) and legal obligations (tax records).

AI processing and training

To make a result, your photo is sent to an AI model through kie.ai, which runs models from providers such as Google and ByteDance. They process the photo only to return the result to us. We don’t use your photos to train AI, and we pick AI providers that don’t allow training on them either. AI results can change details of a photo, so check anything important against your original.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR in Europe and the CCPA in California, you can ask to see, correct, download or delete your personal information, object to or limit how we use it, and withdraw consent. You can delete your account yourself on the account page; this deletes your photos, results and credits right away. For anything else, email hello@unblurpix.com. We will not treat you differently for using these rights. If you are in Europe, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Data transfers and security

We and our providers process data in the United States and other countries. Where the law requires it, we rely on the transfer safeguards our providers offer. Files are stored privately and reached only through short-lived signed links, connections are encrypted, and passwords are stored only as salted hashes.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top, and tell signed-in users by email when the change matters.
