Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Arrayon Inc., a Wyoming corporation at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801 (“we”, “us”), for using unblurpix.com and its tools (“UnblurPix”). By using UnblurPix you accept these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

The service

UnblurPix offers AI tools that sharpen and restore photos, and free tools that run in your browser. We keep improving it, so features, models and limits can change. We aim to keep it running, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors.

Your account

You can use some tools without an account. If you create one, give a real email address you control and keep your sign-in methods safe; you are responsible for what happens in your account. One person may hold one free account. Creating extra accounts or using scripts to get around the free limits is not allowed.

Your photos

You keep all rights to the photos you upload. By uploading, you confirm that you own the photo or otherwise have the right to use it, and that processing it does not break anyone else’s rights or any law. You give us permission to store and process each photo, and to send it to our AI providers, only to make your results and run the service. We don’t use your photos to train AI. How long we keep files is set out in the Privacy Policy.

Results and commercial use

Results you make with credits, whether from a plan or a credit pack, can be used for personal and commercial purposes. Results from free daily unblurs are for personal use only. In both cases you still need the right to use the original photo.

AI results may not be accurate. The AI can sharpen details that were never visible, change small features, or make text and numbers look clear while getting them wrong. Check results against your original before you rely on them, and never use them as evidence of what a photo really showed, to identify a person, or to read documents where accuracy matters.

What you may not do

You may not use UnblurPix to:

• process images of children in a sexual context, or any sexual image of a person without their consent;
• make or spread content that is illegal, threatens or harasses people, or deceives people about real events or people;
• identify, track or monitor people without their knowledge, or unmask people who chose to stay anonymous;
• infringe copyright, trademarks or other rights, or remove watermarks from images you don’t own;
• get around limits, payments or security, use bots or scraping, or overload the service;
• copy, resell or reverse engineer the service.

You may not use the AI Photo Editor to remove watermarks, swap faces, or edit photos of other people without their consent.

We may refuse or delete content that breaks these rules, and our AI providers’ safety filters may block some photos automatically.

Credits, plans and payments

Prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by Waffo, which acts as the merchant of record and adds any sales tax or VAT. Credits have no cash value and can’t be transferred. Plan credits expire at the end of each billing period; credit pack credits don’t expire. Plans renew automatically until you cancel; you can cancel at any time on the account page, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds follow our Refund Policy. If you open a chargeback, paid features are paused until it is resolved.

Ending your use

You can stop using UnblurPix and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms, puts other users or the service at risk, or is used for fraud. If we terminate an account without a breach on your side, we will refund unused paid credits. Sections that by their nature should last after termination, such as ownership, disclaimers and limits of liability, continue to apply.

Disclaimers and limits of liability

UnblurPix is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and that results will be accurate. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can’t be limited by contract.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be decided by the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless the law of the country where you live as a consumer gives you the right to bring a claim at home.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for changes that matter, tell signed-in users by email before they take effect. Questions go to hello@unblurpix.com.
